We are a Canadian Production Company. We would like to bring a film crew to Vancouver to shoot a film. Do we require LMIA?
As of February 17,2016 foreign nationals in the television(TV) and film industry whose position or occupation is essential to a TV or film production and  the film production is considered to create and maintain significant economic benefits and opportunities for Canadians and Permanent residents  may be eligible for an exemption from a Labour Market Impact Assessment( LMIA) requirement and their entry may be facilitated under the International Mobility program.
